Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business plan and strategy for both new and existing customers to achieve targeted incremental revenue growth within the assigned region.
- Prepare action plans for an effective search for Pro sales leads and prospects within the region.
- Full engagement of CRM activities and provide timely feedback to the Regional Sales Manager regarding Pro sales and Retail sales performance.
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- Maintain contact with all customers in the assigned region to ensure a 5-star level of customer satisfaction.
- Support the regional team with technical, project, and marketing information.
- Develop key relationships with Pro, Independent, and Regional retail customers.
- Territory and market share growth are driven by aggressive selling and prospecting techniques that bring in new customers and new business consistently and continuously.
- Overnight travel is required.
- Product presentations and demonstrations to decision-makers.
- Using a consultative sales approach, and listening to the expectations of the customer, the sales representative will make product and application recommendations, identify areas of opportunity, and offer solutions.
- On-going duties as assigned.

- Interpersonal Skills – Outgoing with excellent networking skills. Ability to work effectively in groups and one-on-one depending on the situation and communicate empathetically.
- Persuasiveness – Ability to be assertive, confident, self-assured, and resilient during negotiations.
- Analytical Skill – Ability to identify and analyze problems, seek more efficient methods, and identify alternative solutions or courses of action.
- Technology - Proficient in Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint eLearning Platforms, TEAMS, Zoom meeting and WebEX
- Proactive – Ability to anticipate needs and requirements, to initiate innovation and improvements in line with changing requirements and to demonstrate a sense of urgency in responding to needs.
- Initiative – Ability to work independently with limited supervision and to take the initiative in completing assignments. Must be a forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Must be determined and self-motivated.
- Communication Skills – Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- 3 or more years of experience dealing directly with customers in a sales and service environment.
- Any of the above requirements and, or qualifications may be waived for the successful candidate.
