Landscape Maintenance Superintendent

Location: Downingtown, PA

Full-Time

Shearon Environmental Design, one of the nation's leading landscape design/build and maintenance firms with locations in Plymouth Meeting, PA; Downingtown, PA; Hopewell, NJ and Voorhees, NJ, has immediate openings for experienced and self-motivated Landscape Maintenance Superintendent in our Downingtown, PA location.

Basic Requirements:

• Must have minimum 2 years landscape maintenance experience as Landscape Superintendent or related position
• A degree or certification in a landscape related field
• Maintain a current driver's license
• Meet or exceed quality and OSHA safety expectations
• Managerial experience with crews ranging from 5 to 20
• Ability to walk, bend, lift and carry 40lbs - 80lbs

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Supervise landscape management crews
• Manage personnel and projects
• Train and develop employees
• Perform site inspections
• Understand costs and budgets of ongoing projects
• Front line customer contact on sites
• Understand client's concerns and provide solutions
