Must have commercial mowing experience and experience operating commercial grade equipment. Valid drivers license with clean driving record required. Crew lead experience preferred.

This position is a Crew Lead position responsible for leading a 1-2 person crew and completing the assigned mow route each day with occasional landscape jobs as assigned. Job duties include but are not limited to:

-Completing assigned mow route each day (Mowing, Trimming, Blowing)

-Ensure safety, efficiency and quality is above standards on every job

-Provide timely and candid coaching and feedback to team members

-Interact friendly and professionally with all customers, escalating requests and concerns as needed

-Operate all commercial grade equipment

-Maintain mulch/rock beds as required; edge, weed and trimming bushes as needed

Pay based on experience. All offers contingent on commercial auto insurability.'
