Agent Services Concierge

Summit Sotheby's International Realty is a fast-paced, innovative real estate company specializing in selling spectacular properties throughout Utah and providing luxury service. We are currently seeking a full-time, enthusiastic, organized professional with fantastic communication and customer service skills to join our team. The ideal Agent Concierge candidate will perform a wide range of administrative tasks and provide support for our excellent team of agents and brokers with high-level verbal and written communication skills, the ability to think critically and problem solve, and has a humble, people-centric mindset.

Preferred 3+ years in customer service roles, real estate experience not required.

About the Job:

This position is multi-faceted. Our Agent Concierge works side-by-side with the managing broker and leadership team, communicates with every department within the company (accounting, transaction management, marketing, and creative services) to support our roster of real estate agents, and manages the office space. Examples of Agent Concierge’s services include:

Providing group or 1-on-1 training on new technologies and processes, managing all market referrals, scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating office events and parties, assisting with new agent onboarding, cross-communicating with other departments to answer agent inquiries, and other administrative/office manager duties like stocking and ordering office supplies, sorting office mail, taking company calls during the designated phone shift, and greeting agents, clients, or staff who enter the office.

We are hiring for our Park City office. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a pay range based on experience and qualifications. The most successful candidate is always on time, forward-thinking, and has the desire to use and refine their skills to support the team's success.
