Total Comfort is a fast-growing company driven by integrity and quality workmanship and we are searching for a Dispatcher/CSR to join our fun, fast-paced and busy team.
Essential Job Duties:
• Schedule and dispatch technicians to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs
• Responsible for taking incoming calls and help schedule services based on customer needs
• Operate and manage a multi-line telephone system, prioritizing and organizing calls according to urgency
• Use ServiceTitan to schedule appointments, as well as adding to and inputting customer information
• Create, receive and issue dispatch tickets for service requests and scheduling approved repairs/recommendations
• Relay information to and from customers, technicians, management, or other interested parties
• Provide inside support to sales representatives as needed
• Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field
• Basic data entry when needed
• Happy calls / customer surveys
• Assist Office & Service Manager as directed
• Help resolve any customer issues regarding their account(s)
• Communicate with prospective customers by telephone, text and email
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Three years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proactive & accountable
• Self-motivated, fast learner and highly organized multi-tasker with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service
