Job Description

Kitchen and Bath Design Consultant and Sales
NU-WAY Kitchen & Bath is looking for an individual who is experienced in Residential and Commercial Design and Sales utilizing 2020 Design software and in house materials and vendors.

Job Function:

Our Designers assist our clients with their remodeling project from start to finish. They are responsible for designing their space using 2020 Design , quoting and pricing all materials and installation, along with presentation of the project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
Consult, Design, and close remodeling projects. Complete and turn in necessary paperwork for closed projects. Help clients on the sales floor when needed. Perform daily duties such as answering phones, emails and client follow-up.
Maintain strong knowledge of existing and new product lines.
Meet established goals as set by management.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

An Associates degree in Interior design or other related degree.
Previous selling experience strongly preferred
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Publisher and Excel. Knowledge of Sketchup is a plus.
Proficient in 20/20 Design software
Knowledgeable of general principles of Kitchen & Bath products (i.e., cabinetry, counter tops, flooring, fixtures.)
Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build rapport
Ability to effectively manage time and conflicting priorities
Ability to work effectively and productively with others as a team
Ability to work the schedule and hours dictated by business needs
