* The duties and responsibilities of a buffet attendant include
* Maintaining and cleaning the buffet services according to standards
* Accomplishing all assigned cleaning, stocking, and maintenance tasks
* Answering any guest questions about the menu items, daily specials and beverages, including knowledge of the ingredients, preparation methods and garnishes
* Preparing foods, such as fruit, juices, cereals, bread, hot foods, and replenishing food on hot/cold buffets
* Ensuring that the breakfast buffet remains well-stocked at all times
* Receiving beverage orders and directing these to the kitchen, as needed
* Providing customers with condiments upon request

Qualifications - External

* Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or similar setting
* Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
* Customer service skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Familiar with Micros
