Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Design/Sales/Product Specialist at The Arrangement, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Here's a
summary of your key responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers warmly, understand their needs through effective probing and listening, and offer tailored solutions from our range of products and services.
- Relationship Building: Establish trust with customers, assist with home décor projects, floor plans, and designs. Collaborate with clients and designers, conduct home visits, and maintain correspondence through thank you cards and business cards.
- Product Presentation: Present and discuss various home furnishings options based on clients' lifestyles, needs, and goals.
- Sales and Marketing: Influence customers to make purchases, market new sales, special events, and promotions.
- Order Processing: Process client orders accurately and efficiently using our computer system. Assist with financing, payments, refunds, and deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales requirements, payment processing, CRM usage, security practices, and internet usage.
- Inventory Management: Follow company policies for handling and reconciling inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Showroom Maintenance: Maintain the showroom floor, sales office areas, and break rooms to ensure a professional appearance.
- Professionalism: Maintain a neat appearance, excellent grooming, and posture. Answer phones professionally and route calls appropriately.
- Continuous Improvement: Embrace a team-oriented approach, demonstrate a commitment to learning and excellence, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Selling and Sales Management, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of recent sales experience.
- High school diploma required.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office).
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry objects up to 50lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Clear listening and speaking abilities.
- Able to perform essential job functions consistent with ADA standards.
