Qualifications for the Insurance Customer Service Representative:
· Property & Casualty License is preferred
· Insurance experience is preferred
· Customer Service experience is preferred
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

· Very strong interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in using computer systems, excel, quoting systems, outlook
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
