CornerStone Professional Placement is looking for an HR Assistant for a full-time and direct hire role in Flower Mound, TX The HR Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in support of the Human Resources department and Senior Leadership Team. Duties include managing correspondence, providing administrative support to senior managers, maintaining office operations, preparing reports and presentations, handling sensitive organizational records, and assisting with HR-related functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and data entry. The HR Assistant ensures the smooth running of the office and maintains the highest level of confidentiality while working with sensitive information. APPLY NOW

Location: Flower Mound, TX - onsite
Pay Rate: $22-25/HR on W2
Schedule: M-F during core business hours


Requirements:

  • Minimum of an Associate’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years previous experience in an administrative role supporting operations, accounting, and/or executive-level management.
  • Above average oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Proficient computer and database skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe, and web-based conferencing software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and reprioritize effectively.
