Primary Responsibilities

  1. Answer phone call and respond to emails
  2. Create tickets for all upcoming work orders and schedule in scheduling system
  3. Scan documents and receipts
  4. Data Entry
  5. Billing
  6. General Accounting

Other Duties:

  1. Light cleaning
  2. eBay listing management (commission paid on sales)
  3. Possibility of assisting in field work
  4. Perform work as directed by supervisor

Must be organized and reliable, have excellent customer service skills.

 

Ideal candidate will possess:

  • Ability to work with a technical team sharing responsibility, communicating your actions and providing advice among team members
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to operate a variety of standard office equipment including computers, printers, scanners and faxes.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet time-related demands
  • Associates degree or better preferred
  • Prefer familiar with QuickBooks
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office

 

This is for a full-time position and working hours 8:30am - 5pm with some flexibility.
