We are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing and Office Assistant to join our team at [Your Company Name], a senior in-home care provider. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients, including digital marketing campaigns, community outreach, and partnerships.
- Create and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online content.
- Manage social media platforms and engage with potential clients and caregivers.
- Assist in coordinating and attending marketing events, fairs, and community networking opportunities.
- Support office operations by handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including client information and marketing analytics.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer satisfaction.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed to support the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a healthcare or service-related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
