As a digitally native company, we excel in digital client acquisition and operate as a marketing-driven organization within the jewelry buying and lending space.
Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team at our HQ2 in Sarasota, FL. This role will involve creating and executing a wide range of digital content and assets, with a strong focus on SEO and content creation. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in all aspects of marketing, including SEO management, content creation, vendor selection, and relationship management. You will also contribute to website aesthetic updates and graphic design tasks. We need a resourceful, proactive individual who can work independently, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of personal accountability. Problem-solving skills and the ability to remove obstacles to achieve outlined objectives are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Tackle all marketing-related tasks and figure them out independently.
- Take ownership of national and in-market SEO rankings.
- Develop and execute content-driven digital initiatives.
- Write, pitch, optimize, and publish several keyword-driven articles each week.
- Bring strategic, innovative ideas to life, from concept to execution.
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content.
- Document SEO efforts for wider company knowledge sharing.
- Regularly update website content based on evolving search traffic.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Research competitors and industry trends to provide insight and foresight.
- Manage third-party vendors for backlinks, public relations, and graphic design.
- Execute marketing initiatives geared toward end consumers and the jewelry industry.
- Manage and execute tasks related to new office openings.
- Work on Meta ad creation, retargeting, and more.
- Engage in email marketing, retargeting, and client retention activities.
- Collaborate with Salesforce on client journey content creation and automation.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the Missouri-based Marketing Director.
- Act as a go-to person for event scheduling, booking, and coordination.
