RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Keep website and online inventory updated.
  • Coordinate marketing for new communities
    • branding, pictures, aerials, signs, renders, etc.
  • Post and manage Google and Facebook ads.
  • Create social media content (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Attend closings as many times as possible to take photos, videos, and other media for promotional purposes.
  • Assist in the planning of open houses and events with agents.
  • Create and/or order all printed marketing materials like flyers, business cards, closing boxes and more.
  • Quote any marketing jobs that need an outside contractor.
  • Create, order and manage virtual tours and pictures.
  • Make sure broker listings have the correct information.
  • Create, promote and maintain a customer review program to increase good reviews on Google and similar platforms.
  • Find, contact and work along with real estate influencers to create a partnership media content.
  • Make new marketing proposals to administration.
  • Maintain and coordinate home staging.
  • Be present during sales meetings to present and provide marketing materials to the sales team.
  • Prepare marketing presentation and material for MTY Builders, as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva.
  • Previous real estate experience is required.
  • Experience in marketing in social media.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual, English/Spanish.
  • Proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends.
