We are looking for a customer representative. The best Customer Representative is genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. With our clients, nurturing strong client relationships is at the heart of what they do. They're in search of a dedicated and personable Customer Representative to champion their clients' interests in our American Made product. The goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer need analysis and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Skills
- Proven customer experience as a client representative
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation and demonstration skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in multitasking, adeptly managing multiple responsibilities concurrently.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational capabilities.

Qualifications
Fluency in English
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience as a customer service representative, events assistant, call center associates a brand ambassador or in a similar role is a bonus.
