Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong skillset including project planning, execution, permitting, and schedule management. The ideal candidate should demonstrate professionalism, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of contracted projects, from start to finish, ensuring successful on-site installation.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate project activities.
  • Oversee critical tasks such as handling RFIs, processing Change Orders, obtaining permits, and scheduling production and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Qualified candidate must have deep experience in and knowledge of residential construction, planning and execution of construction projects, permitting, and managing schedules
  • Candidates should have the expectation of in-office collaboration approximately once a month within commutable distance of Northborough, MA
