As a Print Manufacturing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our production process. You will be responsible for operating heat press and hot stamp machines, managing dye sublimation printing, and ensuring the smooth execution of all production, packing, and shipping tasks. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and a willingness to learn and understand specialized print manufacturing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heat press, hot stamp machines, and other print manufacturing equipment.
  • Execute dye sublimation printing on plastics and other materials.
  • Manage the entire production process, including packing and shipping of finished products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with printing equipment.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all printed products.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of orders.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new printing technologies and techniques.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to operate and maintain printing machinery.
  • Previous experience in print manufacturing, especially with heat press, hot stamp, or dye sublimation, is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and develop specialized skills in print manufacturing.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
