We are looking for individuals with good communication, clinical, and organizational skills to become a part of our team The Physical Therapist Assistant would be responsible for following established therapy plans of care for home health episodes of care.

  • Possesses a degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant program.

  • Community/home health experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.
  • Must complete employment screening of a negative TB skin test and/or CXR.
  • Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
