We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks aimed at supporting our marketing efforts and office operations. This role involves field marketing, networking, and collaborating on social media campaigns, assisting with general office tasks, and occasionally providing support on job sites.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with plumbers, insurance agents, and other relevant stakeholders to generate leads and referrals.
- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to the management team as required.
- Occasionally assist with on-site tasks such as inventory management, equipment setup, contents handling and cleaning.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Prior experience in marketing, customer service, or office administration is preferred but not required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
