Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time position on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician at FantAutistic Skills Training in Coalinga, CA. The RBT will be responsible for implementing ABA programs and providing direct one-on-one therapy to clients directed by the BCBA. Daily tasks include collecting data, implementing behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with caregivers, supervisors, and the interdisciplinary team.

 

Qualifications

  • Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in ABA for at least 6 months (preferred)
  • Background in Psychology (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred)
  • High School Diploma (mandatory)
  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (mandatory)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

In fact, the COO is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who ensures efficient medication management, psychiatric support, and family therapy are provided among other functions of psychiatric care.
