Job Summary: The Marketing Brand Manager is responsible for driving brand growth and enhancing brand presence through strategic marketing initiatives. This role demands a high level of expertise in digital and traditional marketing platforms, project management, and data analysis to effectively manage the brand’s reputation and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Materials Development: Oversee the creation and management of compelling marketing materials that reflect the brand’s core messages.
  2. Online Presence Management: Strategically enhance and maintain the brand's online presence across digital platforms, including websites and mobile apps.
  3. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
  4. Event Planning and Execution: Organize and manage corporate events, product launches, and other promotional events that align with the brand’s objectives.
  5. Lead Generation: Generate leads through diverse channels such as Meta, Google, email, and SMS campaigns, optimizing each for maximum effectiveness.
  6. Competitive Analysis: Perform detailed competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and market advantage.
  7. Budget Management: Control the marketing budget with a focus on strategic resource allocation and cost efficiency.
  8. ROI Management: Measure and analyze the return on investment of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to enhance financial outcomes.
  9. Video and Podcast Management: Coordinate the production and dissemination of video and podcast content to broaden reach and engage audiences.
  10. Brand Reputation Management: Actively monitor and manage the brand’s online and offline reputation to maintain a positive public image.
  11. Boosting Positive Reviews: Develop strategies to increase positive customer reviews across various platforms.
  12. Collaboration with Sales Director: Partner with the Sales Director to ensure marketing strategies effectively support and drive sales objectives.
  13. Report Preparation and Data Analysis: Prepare regular reports on marketing metrics, analyzing data to inform and adjust marketing strategies.
  14. Project and Team Management: Lead and manage marketing projects and teams, ensuring deadlines are met and team members are effectively contributing to brand goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Extensive five years plus experience in marketing management, including digital marketing and lead generation. 
  • Demonstrated ability in project management and leading a team.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Advanced knowledge of analytics tools and digital marketing software.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
