We are currently searching for an ambitious and driven Associate Broker to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with clients to identify their real estate needs and develop customized solutions to meet their objectives.

- Research and analyze market trends, property values, and other data to assist clients in making informed decisions.

- Conduct property tours and facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, to achieve favorable deals for all parties.

- Advise clients on zoning regulations, property tax laws, and other legal and financial considerations.

- Collaborate with our team of brokers, appraisers, and other professionals to provide a one-stop-shop for our clients' real estate needs.

- Maintain and build relationships with clients to ensure continued business and referrals.

- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most current market insights.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage.

- Active real estate broker license.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong understanding of market trends and property valuation.

- Proficient in relevant software and technology.

- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

- A team player with strong networking and relationship building skills.
