Responsibilities:
- Learn and Understand all aspects covered in Employee Guide
- Become expert in our POS - The Edge
- Be (or become) a Quickbooks power user
- In-store presence Tuesday - Friday 9:45-5:15, Saturday 9:45-4:15
- maintaining proper stock materials (boxes, bags, etc.)
- Technology support - computers, card readers, internet, troubleshooting
- maintaining a clean, organized office/showroom
- Some Sales activities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, experience in selling jewelry a plus
- Experience in small business accounting and finance
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and hardware (PCs/Printers/Card Readers)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers
