We are currently seeking a full-time residential Maintenance Technician to work with our team at The Crossing at Eagle Pond in Walled Lake. Your responsibilities will include general maintenance of the property, light carpentry and electrical, HVAC repairs, service requests, preventative maintenance, make-ready turns, and other assigned duties.
