Job Description

 

Job Summary

BGSF, Property Management is seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our apartment properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete and troubleshoot common apartment service requests
  • Perform light plumbing and electrical work, including changing light bulbs and locks
  • Install and repair appliances, as well as perform exterior and interior painting and caulking
  • Ability to perform pressure washing, groundskeeping, and leaf blowing of breezeways and parking lots
  • Respond to on-call, after-hour emergency service requests

Requirements

  • EPA Certified and Non Certified Technicians with Apartment experience are both encouraged to apply
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to use smart phone to assign service requests and for on-call requests
