Position Overview:

Next 2 New Automotive Sales & Service Inc is seeking a dynamic and driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the primary contact for customers interested in purchasing new and used vehicles. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, understand customer needs, and help them find the perfect vehicle to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of a wide range of vehicles.
  • Provide accurate information about vehicles, financing options, warranties, and services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service and follow-up.
  • Achieve sales targets and goals set by the dealership.
  • Stay updated on the dealership’s inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming showroom environment.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with automotive CRM systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
