Job Title: Sr. Demolition Project Manager

Location: Pennsylvania (Multiple roles in multiple locations throughout the state)

Position Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Sr. Demolition Project Manager to oversee and manage demolition projects across Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demolition project management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee demolition projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.
  • Manage project teams, subcontractors, and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in demolition project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale demolition projects.
  • Strong knowledge of demolition techniques, equipment, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
