Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage the installation process for various projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  2. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to schedule installations and ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available.
  3. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine installation requirements.
  4. Supervise and train installation teams, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
  5. Conduct on-site inspections to ensure installations are carried out according to specifications and safety regulations.
  6. Troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise during the installation process.
  7. Maintain accurate records of project progress, including documentation of any changes or modifications made.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in construction or related field, with focus on installation management.
  2. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation.
  3. Proficiency in various installation techniques, cabinet installation, etc.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide installation teams.
  6. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  7. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and team members.
