RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Establish a comprehensive 3-year business outlook focusing on growth, cross-functional team management and monitoring monthly/quarterly metrics to drive revenue.
  • Enhance client and employee satisfaction while maintaining competitive advantage.
  • Drive efficiency and streamline processes, improving resource utilization and KPIs.
  • Increase marketing efforts to grow clientele and improve demographic reach.
  • Set up and oversee the HR department, focusing on employee growth and retention.
  • Streamline collaborative communication throughout the organization to enhance efficiency.
  • Implement and oversee training programs to foster skill development.
  • Improve intake processes at the front desk and implement strategies to reduce turnover.
  • Develop opportunities for mentorship and advancement programs.
  • Establish and expand a referral network with other law firms and businesses.
  • Define departmental structures and appoint department leads.
  • Take a high-level involvement in P&L management, driving revenue growth and overseeing financial performance.
  • Manage vendor relationships across IT, finance/bookkeeping, and HR departments.

 

This is a full-time, onsite, in-person role based in Omaha, Nebraska.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • 5+ years of operational experience at the Director or higher level
  • 5+ years of P&L creation, management, and monitoring
  • 5+ years of management and team-building experience
  • 3+ years of leadership experience with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred:

  • Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) experience
  • MBA degree
  • Legal industry experience
  • Community involvement experience
  • Experience with small/family-owned businesses

Desired:

  • Juris Doctor degree
  • Technology Innovation background (AI, automation, software, etc…)

SALARY: $120K - $140K plus a revenue growth-based bonus structure
