Cardinal Integrated Systems is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our motivated and ambitious team.

JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator

SUMMARY: Initiates, coordinates, and executes projects under supervision of the Sales Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Exercises considerable judgement and discretion in handling sales-related project inquiries.
  • Performs general order processing through Microsoft Dynamics system.
  • Proactively establishes, and maintains a highly organized filing system, files correspondence and other records. Maintains accurate records.
  • Prepares quotes, contracts and responses for clients and prospects.
  • Generates and edits complex spreadsheets, including formulas, formatting and graphs.
  • Assists in development and implementation of department systems and procedures as needed.
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
  • Assists with special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Two-year degree or equivalent, one to three years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience to be considered.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Articulate and able to assist with in-person presentations.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow. Work with a sense of urgency and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm both individually and as a team.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • This position requires remaining in a stationary position for at least 40% of the time, moving about in an office or warehouse setting and occasionally traversing stairs, and frequently moving or transporting office supplies and paperwork (up to 30 lbs.).
