USB Payment Processing is a 26-year-old locally owned company based in Towson Maryland.

We are proud to work with many Banking and Accounting referral partners within the Greater Maryland area to provide our small business clients with innovative and state of the art payment solutions designed to help them manage and increase their cash flow.

We are a trusted advisor to many local CPA and Accounting Firms, Bookkeepers and Tax Professionals and work specifically with their clients.

Qualified Candidates MUST:

  • Have a proven track record of success in outside B2B sales.
  • A good grasp of technology and experience selling technology products.
  • Have the ability to be organized and work 40 hours a week.
  • Must be willing to have Face-to-Face meetings.
  • Be good at simple math.
  • Understand long and short sales cycles.
  • Be a positive energy person to fit in with our existing success team.

Essential Duties:

  • Run our appoiuntmenets of qualified leads to sign-up new merchant accounts consistently month after month.
  • Prospect qualified oppurtunities within our database
  • Travel to and from client sites- Coordinate installation and training with our service team and the clients.
  • Continue to develop the relationship with each client to better serve their needs.
  • Identify solutions through a needs analysis and recommend products/services that best meet those needs.
  • Learn new solutions and product offerings as they become certified through our on site sales training team

Compensation Package:

  • Generous Salary, Commission, Bonuses, Ongoing Residual Income on all sales
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, Retirement Plan, 9 paid Holidays and 12 days PTO

The compensation model offers salary, monthly residual payments, bonus payments, flexible hours, and incredible incentive programs. Account Managers also receive a W-2 and our full benefits package along with training, coaching, laptop, marketing, support staff, and room for career advancement.
