Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are searching for a skilled Quality Control Lab Technician to join our largest client in the flavor and fragrances industry. This company manufactures syrups, seasonings, and flavored capsules to flavor products in the food and beverage industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform evaluation and testing of batch samples from production and R&D
  • Maintain accurate records of results
  • Perform regular lab verifications and calibrations
  • Environmental testing
  • GC-GC/MS experience - sample preparation and data analysis
  • Operate lab equipment such as: Refractive Index, Specific Gravity, Sensory, Data Analysis, Other lab equipment and testing as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree within a science related field or an Associate’s Degree with equivalent experience in a laboratory
  • Detail oriented
  • Experience using lab equipment for analysis
