About Us: At Maverick Linehaul, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and ensuring our operations run smoothly. As a contract carrier for FedEx Ground, we are looking for an reliable Office Administrator to join our team. We are a small company that is growing every year. 

Position Overview: As an Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring that everything runs efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve handling a variety of administrative tasks, supporting our team, and managing our safety administration. This position is remote with some in person meetings. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Program Administration
  • Communication with FedEx Ground on any paperwork or documentation needed
  • Assist Operations with driver or equipment management
  • Flexibility to learn on the go 

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of administrative experience
  • Previous work with FedEx Ground given preference
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Microsoft knowledge
  • Communication

  • Time Management
