We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Immigration Case Assistant to join our team and support our mission.

**Job Description:**

The Immigration Case Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our legal team with all aspects of immigration case management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be passionate about helping people achieve their immigration goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist with the preparation and filing of immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documents.
- Conduct initial client intake and gather necessary information for case processing.
- Maintain and organize client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and gather additional information as needed.
- Monitor case progress and follow up with USCIS, NVC, embassies, and other agencies.
- Schedule client appointments and coordinate with immigration consultants
- Draft correspondence to clients and government agencies under attorney supervision.
- Ensure all deadlines are met and maintain a calendar of important dates for each case.
- Assist with preparing evidence and documents for interviews
- Perform legal research as needed to support case preparation.

**Qualifications:**

- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in immigration law or legal assistance is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
- Fluency in Spanish is a must
