Craftsmen Contractors is looking to hire long term Pipe Welders, Millwright Mechanics and Pipe-fitters for the Memphis, TN. area. We are currently needing Welders and Fitters that do not mind using their wrenches. The current work schedule is working day shifts from Monday thru Friday.

**NO PER DIEM IS OFFERED**

Pipe Welders including Combo Fitters/Welders pay range will be $20 - $34 per hour depending on experience.

Pipe-fitters and Millwright Mechanics pay range will be $20 - $32 per hour depending on experience.

AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF INDUSTRIAL PLANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Pipe Welders & Millwright Mechanics - at least 5 years of work experience

Pipe-fitters - at least 3 years of work experience

The jobs are for working at industrial manufacturing plants in the Memphis area.

These positions are all long term and temp to permanent for the right candidates. All potential candidates must first do a face to face interview prior to hiring.

The starting pay rate will be determined once the interview process has completed.

Pipe Welders must do a welding test (carbon and stainless steel, both in 6G position. Stick - carbon and TIG - stainless) during the interview process.

Pipe-fitters and Millwright Mechanics will need to do a written skills test.

Will have to pass a criminal background check (7 years back) and a pre-employment drug screen.

The pay range will be $20 - $34 and the starting pay rate will be based on work experience and how one does on the skills test. A higher pay will be considered depending on high number of years of experience, certification(s) and test results.
