Fabrication company in Memphis, TN is looking to add several fitter/welders to their team.  This is a day shift position, with overtime.

Shift hours:
  • M-TH, 6am to 4:30pm.
  • Friday, 6am to 3:30pm.
  • Saturday, 6am to 2:30pm. 

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of components.
  • Measure, cut, and shape metal components using manual or automated tools and equipment.
  • Weld and fabricate components according to specifications and industry standards.
  • Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Perform repairs or modifications to existing structures as needed.
