Job Title: Inventory Worker
Location: Norwood, MA 02062
Hours: M-F 8am-4:30pm
Notes from Intake:
- An ISO 9001:2015 certified, state of the art manufacturing facility in Norwood, MA is immediately hiring an Inventory worker.
- Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of experience with Inventory/warehouse work: pulling/picking/kitting orders, managing/maintaining inventory counts/stock and general knowledge of order fulfillment.
- Must be a US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident).
- We run a background check, NO drug test.
Duties:
- Fulfill orders from Bill of Material (BOM) and/or Parts/Sales orders.
- Follow written and verbal instructions, ISO documentation and procedures as necessary.
- Maintain a clean/safe work environment.
- Ability to effectively help control the workflow and help the Production staff with issues regarding inventory items.
- Assist with inventory audits, stock levels as requested/needed.
- Assist with other duties/responsibilities as requested/needed.
Qualifications:
- Sage X3 experience preferred; ERP experience a must
- Must have a High School diploma, GED or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Must be able to read, write and speak in fluent English.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must function well within a fast-paced production environment, be a team player, have a strong work ethic and work well with others.
- Must be able to follow directions/instructions and pay close attention to details.
- Must be able to ensure that the quality of workmanship meets company standards and customer expectations.
- Previous experience is preferred, willing to train the right person.
