Manage all assigned jobs from start to completion. Utilize company software to track and document water, fire, and mold jobs accurately and efficiently. This position requires premium All Dry-level customer service including but not limited to: going over the job scope with home or business owners, explaining the reasons why we recommend what we recommend, going over time table with decision maker, etc. Basic understanding of restoration software, dry logs, photo documentation, and scope sheets is required. You will be asked to perform the tasks below daily or weekly:

 

  • Clock in / Clock out
  • Manage a Small Crew
  • Pre-Job Truck Prep
  • Mitigate Water Damage, Both Commercial and Residential
  • Remediate Mold
  • Fire Restoration
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
  • Clean Equipment
  • Keep a Clean Truck
  • Maintain/Gas Truck
  • Track and Request Supplies and Materials
  • Set Up and Break Down Fans, Dehumidifiers, Scrubbers, etc.
  • Ensure All Job Paperwork is Completed On Time
  • Estimate Job Costs
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager

 

 

IICRC WRT Certificate necessary - if you have significant industry experience but don't have your cert, we can talk. If you're great at customer service and learn quickly, the All Dry team is the place for you
