We are seeking an in-home Service Technician to join our growing team Our company provides high-quality water purification & filtration services for homeowners in Knoxville, TN. As a service technician, you would be responsible for servicing the equipment of existing customers. Grow your skills, income, and career path as a team member of our rapidly expanding organization.

We Provide Training
- Industry certification/s paid by PerfectWater.
- On-the-job training
What Does This Position Look Like Daily?
- Complete 3 to 5 service appointments per day
- Run and manage your own (PerfectWater-provided) service vehicle
- 7 am to 3 pm - 6 pm
- Combination of solving problems and running routine maintenance
- Interact with homeowners
- Strong support team to help you every day, all-day
- Receive commission bonuses for service upgrades and sales
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Follow repair/maintenance procedures
- Interface with customers using skillful communication, respect, and caring for personal property.
- Help build up and encourage other team members
- Daily truck maintenance includes restoring truck to a neat and organized condition.
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with basic power tools and hand tools
- Ability to handle physical workload - requires occasional heavy-lifting
- Ability to learn
- Experience being an in-home service technician
- Good attitude
