Position Overview:

As a Help Desk Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our clients, addressing a variety of issues ranging from hardware and software troubleshooting to network connectivity problems. You will be expected to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude in all interactions with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.
- Submit timely and accurate verbal and written status reports.
- Create and manage trouble tickets effectively.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end users.
- Collaborate with team members to implement hardware and software upgrades and new equipment/services.
- Communicate effectively and follow up on tasks and open issues promptly.
- Demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Think critically and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Possess reliable transportation and flexibility to work occasional overtime and be on a rotational on-call schedule.

Technical Skills Required:

- Exceptional customer service support and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Office 365 Administration.
- Experience with Windows Server Environments (Active Directory, security).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server Administration.
- Familiarity with system hardware functionality (RAM, CPU, etc.).
- Expertise in Windows Operating Systems.
- Support experience with Microsoft Office and Operating Systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot Wide Area and Local Area Network issues.
- Hands-on experience with routers, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.
- Troubleshooting various software applications such as Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP, and others.
