Talent Connections, LLC has been retained to lead an Associate HR Director search with a leading global law firm, to join the Houston, TX office. This position is hybrid and reports to the Director of Human Resources.
*Work experience within a professional services firm or law firm, as well as experience with immigration law, is strongly preferred.*

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
The Associate Director of Human Resources is responsible for implementing and administering the firm’s human resource policies, procedures, and practices in the Houston, Austin, Dallas, and Chicago Offices. The ideal candidate is expected to lead by example, promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and personal development, and administer various human resources policies and procedures for all office personnel.
KEY SKILLS:
Our client is seeking an experienced and vibrant leader capable of managing all aspects of HR, including the employee lifecycle, recruitment, onboarding, training, budgets, etc. This person will possess exceptional customer service and communications skills and be able to partner with key business leaders across the firm. Working knowledge of all pertinent employment laws and a thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations are essential to the role.
Requirements for this role include a bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Management, coupled with a minimum of ten years of related HR management and people management experience, with HRCI/SHRM certification a plus.
