We are interviewing applicants for an Electrical Forman role in the Memphis area. This is a Direct-Hire position. 

Commercial, Institutional, Industrial, and some Multi-Family Residential experience.

Your background will include most of the following:

  • A minimum of 5yrs experience in a Foreman/Working Foreman role
  • You will have the ability to use the NEC Code book, blueprints, specifications, and local AHJ CODES. 
  • In the past, you developed and implements plans using your critical thinking skills. Are a problem solver with good sense and judgement. 
  • You are self-motivated, can adapt to challenges, and follow through on commitments
  • Can work independently and hold others accountable.
  • Lead by example, train promising PM's and Journeymen to help develop their career.
  • Perform work from start to finish, executes work efficiently and effectively
  • You take pride in making sure you have all tools, information, manpower and materials at all times. 
  • Communicate effectively with Trade Partners, Owner and your team while reviewing site progress and conditions.
  • You are proficient - previous Ability to turn in paperwork through and HR system such as Paycom or Paycor, for example. 
  • Be safety minded and adhere to all quality and safety codes
