I am looking for someone with the experience and know how on how to build a successful hospice. I have a great DoN and a small census to build from, but need a leader with vision and the know how to get us moving in the right direction. I want someone that is excited to build a small company to medium to large company with a very solid team that does not do drama but knows we can achieve things a lot quicker if we are all working in the right direction. below is the generic template for the minimum requirements for the job. Really hoping to find someone that has connections and can build from their relationships and develop a solid sales team  

 

We are seeking a Hospice Administrator to become a part of our team You will coordinate medical and health services in hospitals, clinics or similar organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel 
  • Plan and coordinate health services
  • Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
  • Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
  • Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospice healthcare or other medical fields
  • Experience in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
