**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.

- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing coaching and guidance to ensure performance targets are met.

- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

- Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising, promotions, and upselling strategies.

- Maintain high standards of product quality, presentation, and cleanliness throughout the store.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Monitor financial performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business plans, marketing initiatives, and product offerings.

 

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a retail or food service management role, preferably in a bakery or similar establishment.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.

- Sound understanding of inventory management, financial analysis, and budgeting.

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
