Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily operations of the store, focusing on:
  • Maximizing store profitability while managing controllable expenses, including labor, inventory levels, and shrinkage.
  • Completing daily paperwork and maintaining accurate computer records.
  • Ensuring merchandise is attractively displayed, properly priced, and safely organized.

Additional Essential Duties:

  • Recruit, hire, and train all store staff.
  • Inspire, motivate, and develop all employees.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to prepare team members for future career advancements.
  • Maintain high-performance standards across all operations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of management experience in a convenience store, retail environment, or food service operation (experience with budgets and P&Ls is advantageous).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
