Position Overview: We are looking for passionate Masters-level clinicians who meet state criteria for Mental Health Professional roles. In this unique position, you will work independently, leading the mental health department and collaborating with outside clinicians to provide the highest level of care for our residents. Our exceptional setting offers unparalleled support and structure, along with access to community services that go beyond traditional mental health care.

Shift Details:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour dayshifts - must meet our required 40 hours
  • Starting Pay: $36/hr

Requirements:

  • Education: Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or equivalent (must meet WA state criteria for Mental Health Professional)
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to thrive in a team setting

Responsibilities:

  • Documentation: Proficiently document clinical interventions and observations
  • Flexibility: Adapt to fluctuating client needs with flexibility
  • Technology Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in using Word and similar computer programs
  • Staff Management: MHPs play a vital role in managing staff interactions with clients, providing feedback, and offering education on interactions
  • Engagement: work closely with the residents in helping them obtain employment resources, or fulfill other interests or needs
