Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAre you a skilled Power BI Data Analytics Specialist seeking an exciting long-term opportunity in Houston, Texas? Look no further iSphere is currently hiring for a project with our Supply Chain & General Services team. We are searching for a talented individual to collaborate with cross-functional teams and transform data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and data requirements within the Finance department.
- Design and develop a comprehensive KPI Dashboard utilizing analytical tools such as Power BI and SAP.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain operations.
- Generate visually engaging KPI reports and supply chain metrics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.

Deliverables:

- KPI Report: Create a visually engaging report presenting key metrics for evaluating and enhancing supply chain performance.
- Finance Reports: Develop comprehensive reports addressing specific facets of the Financial performance planning function.
- Corporate Metrics: Define and implement a standardized set of Corporate and finance metrics, fostering uniform measurement and reporting practices across diverse functions for better performance assessment.
- Finance Dashboard: Design and develop a comprehensive Dashboard encompassing KPIs, Metrics, and Reports.

Required Skills:

- Power BI: Expert in using Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development.
- SAP: Experience working with SAP or a similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to extract, analyze, and manipulate data.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in analytics, preferably within the supply chain or logistics domain.
- Certification or training in SAP would be advantageous.
