We are offering competitive wages for a Lead HVAC technician with 7-12 years experience and an HVAC technician position with 3-5 years experience.
We have a team of technicians to back you up and an opportunity to grow and advance.
We are specialists in geothermal and water-source heat pumps systems for high rise towers in Las Vegas. Experience with geothermal and WSHP equipment preferred but not mandatory. Must be proficient in low voltage controls as well as mechanically competent.
Hourly pay rate is $25.00-$40.00 hour depending on experience and capabilities. This is not a commission position, only honest diagnosis and repairs. HOWEVER, there are performance bonuses.
Must be punctual, honest, and be constructive in helping company achieve its goals. Must have good people and communication skills as well as being collaborative with co-workers to provide best experience possible for our customers.
Tech is required to have their own hand tools. Major tools are provided by company.
Tech takes work truck home
EPA certification required
OSHA 10 required
OSHA 30 preferred
Candidates must agree to a criminal background check and drug test.
