Westfield NJ, boutique CPA firm seeks tax staff for a full-time permanent position. We offer a pleasant environment, 401k, medical reimbursement plan, and extra hourly pay for all extra time during tax season. More important, we offer a unique culture of very talented team that nurtures each other, constantly learning, and enjoys success. Position is in office but occasional remote when needed.

CPA, EA, or just a tax professional is fine, but you need to be excited to go beyond tax preparation into tax planning, and help clients by providing unusual value and participating at a higher level. Come with as little as three tax seasons and we can elevate you, or come with thirty seasons and you should be able to elevate us.
