Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the hair salon, including scheduling appointments, maintaining inventory, and supervising staff.
- Train and develop salon staff to ensure that they provide exceptional customer service and perform their duties efficiently.
- Monitor and evaluate salon performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.

- Manage financial aspects of the salon, including budgeting, payroll, and accounting.

Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in salon management.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with budgeting, accounting, and financial management.
- Knowledge of the beauty industry, including products and services.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
